Damaged Book Return I Return for Any Other Reason I Ebook Return

It is extremely important you follow these instructions to return the books to receive your credit. All returns and exchanges require the issuance of a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

All Returns Require a Return Authorization Number

Books in new, resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with prior approval from the Heart of Wisdom in form of a Return Authorization Number. The shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable.

To obtain a Return Authorization Number email support@heartofwisdom.com to send all of the following information:

• Customer name
• Bill-To name (if different than above)
• Ship-To name (if different than above)
• Date of purchase
• Shipping address which was used for initial purchase
• Phone #
• Email address you wish to be contacted at
• Item(s) to be Returned or exchanged
• Reason for return or exchange

You will receive via email: a RAN, the proper return address, and further instructions when all of the above information has been received.

IMPORTANT: Products will not be accepted for return if not accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number.

Damaged Product Return

1. If you book is damaged in the mail, we will quickly send you a replacement.
2. Follow the instructions above to get a Return Authorization Number.
3. We will send you a shipping label through email.
4. UPS will come to your home to pick up the package.
5. We will prepay all shipping fees.
6. Product must be returned in original shipping container (as stated on packing list).
7. Books must be returned within 30 days from invoice.

Returns Than Damaged

1. Follow the instructions above to get a Return Authorization Number.
2. Returns are penalty-free as long as your returns remain less than 10% of your previous purchases within the last 12 months.
3. If a product authorized for return is due to customer error, 15% of the purchase price will be applied as a standard restocking charge.
4. Products on our site come from five different warehouses. The books must be returned to the proper warehouse to get credit.
5. Books must be returned within 30 days from invoice.
6. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
7. Returns must be shipped via an insured carrier. We suggest using UPS to ship your package. Call 1 800-PICKUPS(742-5877) to find a UPS location near you. If using the postal system, insure your shipment; HOW will not be liable for returns sent via the postal system.
8. All items must be returned in original packaging (e.g., vendor shrink-wrap, slipcase, complete sets, etc.) and free of all markings. If they come back damaged or no shelf-worn we can not give you a refund or credit.
9. You must follow the exact instructions you will receive thorough email with your return authorization number or no refund will be given.
10. Credit will be in the form of a gift certificate or coupon toward future purchases at Homeschool-Books.com

Ebook Returns

1. Follow the instructions above to get a Return Authorization Number.
2. If you are unable to open an Ebook we will help you until you are satisfied. All Ebook are completely functional. If there is any reason you cannot open an Ebook will will send a full refund.
3. After purchasing any downloadable EBook your responsibility to download the eBook after the purchase from the Customer Ebook Area (on the right side of the page under the login)
4. If you believe an error has been made in the purchase, please do not download the eBook (you must contact us explaining the error at support@HeartofWisdom.com).
5. Once you download the eBook, we cannot give you a refund for it. We provide customers with option of viewing several sample lessons to make a wise decisions before purchasing an Ebook. If however you have a valid objection to content we can give you credit to purchase another Ebook. There will be a 20% processing fee deducted from your credit. The Ebook will be deleted from your Customer Ebook area. you will not be eligible for updates. You must immediately delete the Ebook from your computer.
6. Heart of Wisdom will make efforts to keep the product listed and available for download in the Customer Ebook Area for 12 months and longer when possible -- but this is not guaranteed. Once you download the Ebook it is on your computer until you delete it.
7. Important Notice: Ebook's cannot be copied, or "loaned" to others due to copyright laws. Any copies made for other than personal use is stealing.
