Over the last 20 years I've tried dozens of phonics program with my 11 children. My very favorite is Reading Made Easy by Valerie Bendt.

Now you can use God's stories to teach or reinforce phonic sounds! I've recommended using the Bible for phonics reinforcement for years using Teach a Child to Read With Children's Books.
